It would be accurate to call Kendahl Jan
Jubb a cat fancier. Her cat paintings capture all the traits she
admires in felines, all the stereotypes she respects in humans and all the
archetypes she reveres in nature. Grace, loyalty, independence,
self-reliance, and even humor are all factors in the makeup of cats and they
are the increments that comprise her cat artwork. Kendahl's paintings of big
cats are celebrated in a new book "Big Cats" , published by Walker Books of
New York.
